Effective date: February 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CaseFlowHub website and tools (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You should consult qualified professionals (such as attorneys, law enforcement, banks, or relevant authorities) for advice regarding your specific circumstances.
4) Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any actions you take based on its output.
- You are responsible for ensuring any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6) Evidence Uploads and Generated PDFs
The Service may allow you to upload images (such as screenshots) and generate PDFs containing your selected actions and, optionally, attachments.
You retain rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service (e.g., to generate the PDF you requested).
You understand that generated documents may contain sensitive information depending on what you include. You are responsible for reviewing your output before sharing it with third parties.
