Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CaseFlowHub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and tools (the “Service”).
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1) Information We Collect
A. Information you provide
- Inputs you type into the tool (e.g., answers to question flows).
- Optional evidence images you upload (e.g., screenshots) for organizing your case and generating PDFs.
- If you contact us, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.
B. Automatically collected information
- Basic log data (e.g., approximate timestamps, pages visited, device/browser information) for security and analytics.
- Cookie or similar identifiers that help provide the Service, measure performance, and support advertising/consent features.
C. Local storage on your device
The Service may store case data locally in your browser (e.g., localStorage / IndexedDB) so you can save and resume your work. This local data is stored on your device and can be cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.
2) How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service (including generating checklists and PDFs).
- To improve reliability, diagnose issues, and maintain security.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3) Evidence Images and Generated PDFs
If you upload evidence images, they are used to help you organize your case and (optionally) attach them to a generated PDF.
Depending on how the Service is implemented and hosted, uploaded files may be processed temporarily to generate output. We do not intend to use your evidence images for advertising purposes.
Tip: If you prefer, avoid uploading sensitive personal information, or redact it before uploading.
4) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the Service, understand usage, and support advertising. When required by law, we will request your consent through a consent banner/consent management platform (CMP).
Third-party vendors (such as advertising partners) may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. These vendors may collect information about your visits to this and other websites.
5) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email support).
- Compliance and protection when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (information may be transferred).
6) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Local case data stored in your browser remains until you delete it from your device.
7) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use the Service at your own discretion and avoid uploading highly sensitive data.
8) Your Rights and Choices
- You may disable cookies via your browser settings (some features may not work properly).
- You may clear local saved case data by clearing site data in your browser.
- Where applicable, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct certain personal information. To request help, contact us.
